Maintenance Fees

Effective January 1, 2015, the maintenance fee for Westgate is $335 per month. Coupon books are sent out each year from Executive Property Management. The maintenance fee is due the 1st of each month. There is a $25 late fee charged after the 15th of the month. Please be sure to make your check payable to Westgate Square Condominiums, and make sure your unit number is clearly marked on the check. If you have any questions about payments, please call the corporate office of Executive Property Management at 732.821.3224 and request to speak with an accounting department representative.


Please note, no fees may be submitted to the on-site office.

Direct Electronic Payments 

For your convenience, Executive Property Management is able to electronically transfer funds from your designated checking or savings account, in order to pay your monthly assessment fee to Westgate. This process will save you time and costs that normally would be incurred to mail a monthly check to the community. These withdrawals are normally made by the 5th of each month.

You will need a form to active the direct withdrawal of maintenance fees from your checking or savings account. Please call Gail McDermid or Kathy Lucy at 908.757.7015 to get a form.

Your completed form must be received no later than the first of the month for a withdrawal to be processed for that month. If you have any questions, please contact the corporate office.
